Comunicamos a todos que nosso 7º FIPA (Fórum Internacional sobre Patrimônio Arquitetônico Brasil/Portugal), atendendo as recomendações da organização do UIA 2020RIO ,será adiado para os dias 07 e 08 de julho de 2021 . Em breve estaremos disponibilizando junto ao nosso website as novas ações preparatórias para que possamos enriquecer as discussões frente ao novo mundo estabelecido pós pandemia.

A participação no 7º FIPA (FÓRUM INTERNACIONAL DE PATRIMÔNIO ARQUITETÔNICO BRASIL – PORTUGAL) poderá ser realizada com a apresentação de Trabalhos Completos não publicados (artigos/textos científicos) ou Pôsteres, que serão analisados pelo Comitê Científico e selecionados os melhores. Os Trabalhos Completos selecionados serão publicados nos Anais do 7º FIPA, disponibilizado no website da UIA2020RIO e do FIPA.
O 7º FIPA passa a integrar o calendário oficial de eventos culturais do Rio 2020 - Capital Mundial da Arquitetura UNESCO UIA do evento oficial UIA2020RIO. Portanto, todos os Trabalhos Completos selecionados deverão ser apresentados em versão bilíngue (Português/Inglês).
A Programação Geral do 7º FIPA está em processo de elaboração. Contudo, como se trata de dois dias de realização do Fórum (dias 14 e 15 de julho), e dada a grande quantidade de trabalhos enviados para seleção nos últimos eventos realizados no Brasil e em Portugal, alertamos desde já que o Comitê Científico do 7º FIPA aplicará uma rigorosa seleção dos Trabalhos Completos para que sejam indicados à apresentação oral na devida programação do Fórum. Havendo Trabalhos Completos que apresentem alta qualidade mas que não possam ser enquadrados na Programação do 7º FIPA, uma das soluções pensadas pelo Comitê Científico, neste sentido, é a indicação de apresentação do respectivo Trabalho (artigo) em forma de Pôster.

O TEMA do 7º FIPA é “Todos os mundos - O Patrimônio que nos une”. Os Trabalhos Completos ou Pôsteres propostos deverão corresponder a um dos 4 eixos temáticos propostos pelo UIA2020RIO (Leia aqui: https://www.uia2020rio.archi/tema_pt.asp), sempre fazendo ligação entre o Patrimônio Cultural e o eixo escolhido:

Os Trabalhos Completos deverão ter, no máximo, 10 páginas (Arial 12, espaço 1,5), incluindo resumo (500 caracteres), 3 palavras-chave, imagens, notas e referências bibliográficas e devem seguir as normas da ABNT para textos científicos e deverão ser submetidos até 12 de MARÇO de 2020 no endereço: 7fipa2020@gmail.com
Os melhores Trabalhos Completos selecionados para o 7º FIPA passarão ainda por uma nova seleção, a cargo do Comitê Científico, para a devida publicação em livro especial do evento (em data a ser confirmada).

Os Pôsteres podem ser apresentados:
​

Por profissionais individualmente ou por equipe de profissionais que atuem na área da preservação do patrimônio, com descrição do trabalho realizado, da equipe, das instituições envolvidas, aportes teóricos e metodológicos utilizados no trabalho, público ou população envolvida e resultados obtidos;
-
Por grupos de pesquisa, com pesquisas concluídas ou em curso, com descrição dos membros do grupo, das bases teóricas, metodológicas, resultados e principais conclusões finais ou parciais da pesquisa.
​
A submissão de Pôsteres deverá ser feita até 12 de MARÇO de 2020, no endereço 7fipa2020@gmail.com, através do envio de um Resumo Expandido de 2 páginas (Arial 12, espaço 1,5) com informação sobre autores (ou equipes), instituição a que estão vinculados, um e-mail principal de contato. Após seleção pelo Comitê Científico, os autores deverão enviar a versão definitiva dos pôsteres até 30 ABRIL de 2020. Os Pôsteres impressos serão expostos no saguão do Paço Imperial e no Sitio Burle Marx do Rio de Janeiro, durante o evento (Ver TEMPLATE aqui - PDF ou CorelDraw).
Os autores de Trabalhos Completos ou Pôsteres aprovados deverão realizar a inscrição no evento de pelo menos um autor por Trabalho/Artigo ou pôster. As inscrições poderão ser feitas na plataforma do evento fipabrasil.com.br a partir de 13 de ABRIL de 2020.

A participação no Fórum Internacional do Patrimônio Arquitetônico Brasil/Portugal implica o Registro obrigatório e o pagamento de inscrição de 50,00 € (para pagamento de estrangeiros) ou R$250,00 para os brasileiros e inclui a participação em todas as sessões do Fórum e eventos complementares, documentação e certificado de participação nos dias 14 a 15 de julho de 2020.
A participação de estudantes (até ao mestrado) tem um valor de inscrição de 25,00 € ou R$150,00 (devendo enviar comprovante de estudante no momento do Registro), até um limite de 50% de participantes referente à capacidade do auditório.
Os valores indicados incluem o IVA à taxa legal em vigor.
Deverá submeter o seu registro através do envio dos seus dados (nome, cidade de residência, profissão, entidade/empresa, contato e CPF ou NIF para recibo) e enviar o seu comprovante de pagamento da respectiva inscrição para 7fipa2020@gmail.com

ESCLARECIMENTO DE DÚVIDAS SOBRE APRESENTAÇÃO DE TRABALHOS E RESPECTIVOS EIXOS TEMÁTICOS
Sabendo que o UIA2020RIO privilegia ações propositivas, no caso do 7º FIPA a apresentação de trabalhos se faz mediante o tema central (“TODOS OS MUNDOS - O PATRIMÔNIO QUE NOS UNE”) e seus 4 eixos temáticos (ligados ao 27º Congresso Mundial de Arquitetos UIA2020RIO), religando-os ao Patrimônio Cultural. Desta forma, o FIPA garante a plena liberdade de discussão de trabalhos e pesquisas sobre o Patrimônio em qualquer um dos eixos. Por exemplo: a apresentação de um trabalho sobre o “Incêndio do Museu Nacional” pode estar enquadrado em todos os 4 eixos (“Diversidade e Mistura”, “Mudanças e Emergências”, “Fragilidades e Desigualdades”, “Transitoriedade e fluxos”), uma vez que o assunto pode tratar da fragilidade mediante a conservação do edifício, a perda da identidade/diversidade preservada através dos acervos, a gestão do Patrimônio frente aos recursos disponíveis, o impacto no Patrimônio nacional, e assim por diante.

Full Papers / Posters
International Forum of Architectural Heritage Portugal / Brazil

Participation in the 7th FIPA (INTERNATIONAL FORUM OF ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE BRAZIL - PORTUGAL) may be made with the presentation of unpublished Full Papers (scientific articles / texts) or Posters, which will be analyzed by the Scientific Committee and selected the best. The selected Full Papers will be published in the Proceedings of the 7th FIPA, available on the UIA2020RIO and FIPA website.
The 7th FIPA becomes part of the official calendar of cultural events in Rio 2020 - UNESCO UIA’s World Capital of Architecture of the official event UIA2020RIO. Therefore, all selected papers must be presented in a bilingual version (Portuguese / English).
The General Program of the 7th FIPA is in the process of being prepared. However, as this is two days of the Forum (July 14th and 15th), and given the large amount of papers sent for selection in the last events held in Brazil and Portugal, we now alert that the Scientific Committee of the 7th FIPA will apply a rigorous selection of Full Papers so that they are indicated for oral presentation in the Forum's appropriate schedule. If there are Full Papers that are of high quality but cannot be included in the Program of the 7th FIPA, one of the solutions considered by the Scientific Committee, in this sense, is the indication of presentation of the respective Paper (article) in the form of a Poster.
The 7th FIPA THEME is “All the worlds - The Heritage that unites us”. The Full Papers or Posters proposed must correspond to one of the 4 thematic axes proposed by UIA2020RIO (Read here: https://www.uia2020rio.archi/tema_en.asp), always making a connection between the Cultural Heritage and the chosen axis:

Full Papers must have a maximum of 10 pages (Arial 12, space 1.5), including abstract (500 characters), 3 keywords, images, notes and bibliographic references and must follow the ABNT rules for scientific texts and must be submitted by MARCH 12, 2020 at the address: 7fipa2020@gmail.com.

The best Full Papers selected for the 7th FIPA will also undergo a new selection, under the responsibility of the Scientific Committee, for proper publication in a special book of the event (on a date to be confirmed).
Posters may be presented:

By professionals individually or by a team of professionals working in the area of ​​heritage preservation, with a description of the work performed, the team, the institutions involved, theoretical and methodological contributions used in the work, public or population involved and results obtained;

By research groups, with completed or ongoing research, with description of the group members, the theoretical, methodological bases, results and main final or partial conclusions of the research.

Posters must be submitted by MARCH 12, 2020, at 7fipa2020@gmail.com, by sending a 2-page Expanded Abstract (Arial 12, space 1.5) with information about authors (or teams), institution to which they are linked, a primary contact email. After selection by the Scientific Committee, the authors must send the final version of the posters by APRIL 30, 2020. The printed Posters will be displayed in the lobby of the Paço Imperial and in the Burle Marx Site of Rio de Janeiro, during the event (See TEMPLATE here - PDF or CorelDRAW ).
Authors of Full Papers or approved Posters must register at least one author per paper / article or poster in the event. Registrations can be made on the event platform fipabrasil.com.br from April 13, 2020.
Participation in the International Forum on Architectural Heritage Brazil / Portugal implies the mandatory registration and registration fee of 50.00 € (for foreigners payment) or R$ 250.00 for Brazilians and includes participation in all sessions of the Forum and complementary events, documentation and certificate of participation from 13, 14 to 15 July 2020.
Student participation (up to the master's degree) has a registration fee of € 25.00 or R$ 150.00 (must send proof of student at the time of registration), up to a limit of 50% of participants regarding the capacity of the auditorium.
The indicated values ​​include VAT at the legal rate in force.

CLARIFICATION OF DOUBTS ABOUT PRESENTATION OF PAPERS AND THEIR THEMATIC AXES
It is known that UIA2020RIO favors purposeful actions. Therefore, in the case of the 7th FIPA, the presentation of papers is done through the central theme and its 4 axes, linking them to Cultural Heritage. Thus, FIPA guarantees full freedom to discuss works and research on Heritage in any of the axes. For example: the presentation of a paper on the “Fire at the Brazilian National Museum” can be framed in all 4 axes (“Diversity and Mixture”, “Changes and emergencies”, “Fragilities and Inequalities”, “Transience and flows”), since the subject can deal with fragility through the conservation of the building, the loss of identity/diversity preserved through the collections, the management of the Heritage in view of the available resources, the impact on the National Heritage, and so on.
