7º FIPA:Todos os mundos - O Patrimônio que nos une
Neste ano de 2021, devido ao prolongamento da pandemia de Covid-19, o FIPA será realizado através de apresentações via Live Streaming, durante dois dias, 7 e 8 de julho, com início às 13h.
Apresentação dos artigos presentes no livro 7º FIPA, seguindo a ordem de acordo com os 4 Capítulo – ou eixos temáticos – presentes na referida publicação. Selecionados pela Comissão Organizadora 5 artigos por capítulo, um(a) autor(a) terá 10 minutos para fazer sua comunicação. No total serão 5 comunicações em cada eixo, formando Mesas Redondas separadas, cada uma seguida ainda por Debate de 10minutos, ordinadas da seguinte forma:

Exposição (fala) e projeção de trailler do documentário “Tudo é projeto” dirigido por Joana Mendes da Rocha , filha do arquiteto brasileiro Paulo Mendes da Rocha, sobre a carreira de seu pai (falecido recentemente). Convidado especial do 7º FIPA já na programação de 2020, o arquiteto, urbanista e professor Paulo Mendes da Rocha é um dos maiores nomes da arquitetura nacional, reconhecido internacionalmente por seus projetos e realizações, tendo recebido em 2006 o importante Prêmio Pritzker, condecoração máxima entre os arquitetos no mundo.
​
Lembrando que a realização do FIPA em 2021 sob a forma de “eventos presenciais” não foi possível porque, devido à pandemia, os espaços previamente selecionados (Museu Histórico Nacional, Paço Imperial, Palácio Capanema e Sitio Burle Marx, todos na cidade do Rio de Janeiro) não se abrem com agenda neste momento, posto que estão vetadas as reuniões de determinado número de pessoas/participantes em tais locais/edifícios.
​
Ainda que “à distância”, o 7º FIPA dá continuidade às reflexões e ações de suas edições passadas, através das temáticas atuais divididas em quatro eixos isolados, porém complementares (“Diversidade e Mistura”, “Mudanças e Emergências”, “Fragilidades e Desigualdades” e “Transitoriedades e Fluxos”).
​
Agradecemos imensamente a todos os comunicadores participantes deste FIPA que diretamente são responsáveis por mais uma edição do nosso fórum, e que além de contribuírem de forma especial através da exposição de seus papers, ajudam a incentivar o debate sobre o patrimônio nacional e internacional em prol de sua gestão, manutenção e preservação.

Objetivos do FIPA:
​
Debater o papel do arquiteto e dos demais agentes da construção e da cultura na obtenção de modelos de Reabilitação acessíveis e abrangentes para diferentes condições financeiras dos proprietários;​
Resgatar a documentação e inventários existentes, como ação de registro documental para as futuras gerações;
Debater os modelos de intervenções compatíveis com a preservação do valor cultural da edificação, do ponto de vista técnico, da arquitetura e da sustentabilidade econômica;
Debater sobre as boas práticas de reabilitação concretizadas, que demonstrem ganhos sociais, culturais e de promoção turística, passíveis de serem motores de estratégias a serem aplicadas em outros patrimônios arquitetônicos;
Debater as ações em curso ligadas à Reabilitação do Patrimônio Cultural e a realizar, voltadas ao Uso e Reúso do Patrimônio cultural, para fins sociais principalmente nos centros históricos.

Devido ao sucesso das edições anteriores do FIPA, outras instituições passaram a apoiar o evento, entre elas UFRJ - Universidade Federal Rio de Janeiro, UFF - Universidade Fluminense, IPHAN-DF, CAU/SP (via patrocínio 024/2014), ICOMOS, DOCOMOMO, TICCHI, CIALP - Conselho Internacional dos Arquitetos de Língua Portuguesa, Rota do Românico-Portugal, Direção Geral do Património Cultural - DGPC - Portugal, APRUPP (Associação Portuguesa para a Reabilitação Urbana e Protecção do Património) e CASA DA ARQUITETURA PT.

Esperamos avançar fomentando novas ideias, projetos, debates e ações concretas, inclusive a serem apresentados no UIA2020RIO enquanto resultados positivos relacionados às boas práticas em Arquitetura notadamente ligadas ao Patrimônio Cultural e valorizando a Multiculturalidade de nosso planeta.

FIPA 7 – ESCLARECIMENTO
ESCLARECIMENTO DE DÚVIDAS SOBRE APRESENTAÇÃO DE TRABALHOS E RESPECTIVOS EIXOS TEMÁTICOS
Sabendo que o UIA2020RIO privilegia ações propositivas, no caso do 7º FIPA a apresentação de trabalhos se faz mediante o tema central (“TODOS OS MUNDOS - O PATRIMÔNIO QUE NOS UNE”) e seus 4 eixos temáticos (ligados ao 27º Congresso Mundial de Arquitetos UIA2020RIO), religando-os ao Patrimônio Cultural. Desta forma, o FIPA garante a plena liberdade de discussão de trabalhos e pesquisas sobre o Patrimônio em qualquer um dos eixos. Por exemplo: a apresentação de um trabalho sobre o “Incêndio do Museu Nacional” pode estar enquadrado em todos os 4 eixos (“Diversidade e Mistura”, “Mudanças e Emergências”, “Fragilidades e Desigualdades”, “Transitoriedade e fluxos”), uma vez que o assunto pode tratar da fragilidade mediante a conservação do edifício, a perda da identidade/diversidade preservada através dos acervos, a gestão do Patrimônio frente aos recursos disponíveis, o impacto no Patrimônio nacional, e assim por diante.

7º FIPA: All worlds - Heritage uniting us
Due to the extension of the Covid-19 pandemic, in this year of 2021 FIPA will be held through presentations via Live Streaming, for two days, July 7th and 8th, starting at 1pm.
Presentation of the articles in book 7 FIPA, following the order according to the four Chapters – or thematic axes – present in that publication. Selected by the Organizing Committee 5 articles per chapter, an author will have 10 minutes to communicate. In total there will be 5 communications in each axis, forming separate Round Tables, each one followed by a 10-minute Debate, organized as follows:

Exhibition (speech) and trailer projection of the documentary “All is project” directed by Joana Mendes da Rocha, daughter of Brazilian architect Paulo Mendes da Rocha, about the career of her father (who died recently). Special guest of the 7th FIPA already in the 2020 schedule, the architect, urban planner and professor Paulo Mendes da Rocha is one of the greatest names in national architecture, internationally recognized for his projects and achievements, having received in 2006 the important Pritzker Prize, the highest award among the architects in the world.
Remembering that the holding of FIPA in 2021 in the form of “face-to-face” event was not possible because, due to the pandemic, the previously selected spaces (National Historical Museum, Paço Imperial, Palácio Capanema and Sitio Burle Marx, all in the city of Rio de Janeiro - Brazil) do not open with an agenda at this time, since meetings of a certain number of people/participants in such places/buildings are prohibited.
​
The 7th FIPA, although “at a distance”, continues the reflections and actions of its past editions, through current themes divided into four isolated but complementary axes (“Diversity and Mixture”, “Changes and Emergencies”, “Fragility and Inequalities” and “Transibilities and Flows”).
We are immensely grateful to all the communicators participating in this FIPA who are directly responsible for another edition of our forum, and who, in addition to contributing in a special way through the exhibition of their papers, help to encourage the debate on national and international heritage in favor of its management, maintenance and preservation.

FIPA’s Objectives:
Discuss the role of the architect and other construction and cultural agents in obtaining accessible and comprehensive Rehabilitation models for different financial conditions of the owners;
Rescue the existing documentation and inventories, as an action of documentary registration for future generations;
Discuss the models of interventions compatible with the preservation of the cultural value of the building, from the technical point of view, architecture and economic sustainability;
Debate on the good rehabilitation practices implemented, which demonstrate social, cultural and tourist promotion gains, which can be engines of strategies to be applied in other architectural heritage;
Discuss the ongoing actions related to the Rehabilitation of Cultural Heritage and to be carried out, aimed at the Use and Reuse of Cultural Heritage, for social purposes mainly in historic centers.
Due to the success of previous editions of FIPA, other institutions started to support the event, among them UFRJ - Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, UFF - Fluminense University, IPHAN-DF, CAU/SP (via sponsorship 024/2014), ICOMOS, DOCOMOMO , TICCHI, CIALP - International Council of Portuguese Language Architects, Rota do Românico-Portugal, General Directorate of Cultural Heritage - DGPC - Portugal, APRUPP (Portuguese Association for Urban Rehabilitation and Protection of Heritage) and CASA DA ARQUITETURA PT.
We hope to move forward by promoting new ideas, projects, debates and concrete actions, including those to be presented at UIA2020RIO as positive results related to good practices in Architecture notably linked to Cultural Heritage and valuing the Multiculturality of our planet.

7th FIPA - CLARIFICATION
CLARIFICATION OF DOUBTS ABOUT PRESENTATION OF PAPERS AND THEIR THEMATIC AXES
It is known that UIA2020RIO favors purposeful actions. Therefore, in the case of the 7th FIPA, the presentation of papers is done through the central theme (“ALL WORLDS - THE HERITAGE THAT UNITS US”) and its 4 thematic axes (UIA2020RIO), linking them to Cultural Heritage. Thus, FIPA guarantees full freedom to discuss works and research on Heritage in any of the axes. For example: the presentation of a work on the “Fire at the Brazilian National Museum” can be framed in all 4 axes (“Diversity and Mixture”, “Changes and Emergencies”, “Fragilities and Inequalities”, “Transience and flows”), since the subject can deal with fragility through the conservation of the building, the loss of identity/diversity preserved through the collections, the management of the Heritage in view of the available resources, the impact on the National Heritage, and so on.
